Is WithSwag really free?
Our tools are free to try. The passport photo tool charges a small fee (€3 for a single photo, €8 for a print-ready collage) when you download the final result.
Do you upload my photos or files?
No. All processing happens locally in your browser. Your photos never leave your device. We don't have servers that store or process your files.
My passport photo was rejected. Can you help?
We're sorry to hear that. Check our rejection guide for common reasons and fixes. If you still need help, email us with details about which country and what the rejection reason was.
Can I request a refund?
If you're not satisfied with your passport photo, reach out through our contact form with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll work it out.
Do you support [country] for passport photos?
We currently support 50+ countries. If yours isn't listed, let us know and we'll add it. Check our guides for the full list of supported countries.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Use the contact form above with a description of the issue, which browser you're using, and a screenshot if possible. We appreciate bug reports — they help us improve.
Response time: We aim to respond to all emails within 24–48 hours. For urgent issues, please include "URGENT" in the subject line.
