Chinese Visa Photo Requirements
If you're applying for a Chinese visa (tourist, business, student), the photo requirements are the same 33×48mm format with white background. Some consulates may also accept 2×2 inch (51×51mm) photos, but 33×48mm is the standard.
Key Requirements
- White background only — No other colors accepted
- Front-facing — Face must be directly facing the camera
- Both ears visible — Hair must not cover ears
- No head coverings — Unless for religious reasons
- No heavy makeup — Natural appearance required
- Recent photo — Taken within 6 months
